1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eegl Casino ("eegl", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eegl platform, website, services, and gaming products available at eegl.cam and any related mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Service").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without express written permission from eegl. Any unauthorized use of eegl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eegl and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

eegl's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. eegl does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by eegl

eegl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise conducted yourself in a manner detrimental to eegl or other players. Upon termination, you forfeit any remaining account balance except where prohibited by applicable law.

10.2 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer service. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
